"The CMP and PART portions of the Paradox software have had a dramatic effect on the productivity involved in engineering solutions for both our external customers and internally. In the past it would take us multiple days or weeks to analyze the data to provide a solution, with CMP and PART this has been reduced to hours or days. "In the Logistics department of a major Grocery Co-Op, we deliver over 400 routes a week and make around 1100 deliveries. We have been using Paradox's TRST tool to model the utilization of our equipment and Drivers for about 3 years. It has been instrumental in assisting us in minimizing the number of resources needed to run our day-to-day business. One of the problems that TRST helps us visualize is the peak time frames during the week where we need additional resources. By spreading out the peak volumes onto other days we are able to reduce the number of resources in our fleet.
